Hi everyone! I am a bioinformatician working at the Institute for Biodiversity and Ecosystem Dynamics (IBED) at the University of Amsterdam.
My role involves supporting scientists, postdocs, and PhDs at IBED in analyzing their bioinformatic data. Here, my work focuses on metagenomics, metatranscriptomics, phylogenomics and amplicon data analysis.
